Morning Workout

Morning Workout: Better get up and do it!

Wake up, stretch, drink your perfect glass of coffee and move to an empty space in your house.

I am used to doing 3 sets of 10 counts whenever I do an exercise. If you are a morning person you can push yourself to do 3 sets of 15. I suggest taking it slow at the beginning of the day but really focusing on taking your time and doing it right!

3 sets of 10 squats

5 pushups, or more if you’re feeling super great!

25 jumping jacks

25 crunches

5 pushups

repeat however many times you want.

It’s up to you!
